Enable the Vault repositories on CentOS7

Now that CentOS7 has been EOL-ed it has also disappeared from the mirrors, thus breaking yum, but we can still retrieve the repositories from their archive server called vault.centos.org.


In practical terms, what you need to do is update the /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo file with the following content:
